Primarily, all the existing walls, floors and ceilings dismantled according to the new plan and the necessities. With the new layout, walls, floors and ceilings were created and appropriate electrical and mechanical infrastructure arranged. All the fixed and mobile furniture were designed and built in house. As a result of the owners letting the designer work freely in creating the space and selecting the materials, an intimate and pleasant living area was created. Furthermore, the conversion of the 15th floor balconies in to gardens added more value to the new design and form a pleasant atmosphere. All the plants and flowers were selected by their resilience for all the seasons, thus throughout the year the garden will stay green and alive. These gardens are creating a living, peaceful setting for the owners to enjoy a moment at the beginning or the end of their day. To conclude, understanding the needs of the client and space was one of the biggest element of the project, this is our essential goal for design and execution process.
